The truth of the Bearings

I'll make this post because my instinct education did not die with Santa Fly, and I will talk about the bearings, because I see all q are driven by marketing and not really know what they are using.
First I will clarify that the bearings are NOT made for use on a skateboard, therefore, are not made to withstand the blows that our sport demands, are not made to withstand lateral forces as if you drop a frontside 90 or if you drop a flip Powerslide cousin or if you do or do not become the boardslide on time, etc. Nor are made to withstand sand, earth, water, or anything else that is on the surface you're walking, so you know, if you bought yesterday and today rules you walked down the street next to the beach and tomorrow the rules are locked, not the fault of (here's the brand of ball bearings that you bought).

Theme No. 1 "Abec"
Going straight to the point the more the better the ball bearing abec, that is correct, but that's what makes it better? when but the ball bearing abec can turn more rpm without losing accuracy, bone, without disintegrating. The abec9 tolerated
30mil rpm (revolutions per minute) minus abec less tolerance.
Now let's see, how many rpm believe that we reach with our skates? in wiki says that going 60 km could reach the 6300 rpm, obviously much they kick like (here put the name of your favorite skater) are not going to pass if I do not think 20km/hy ponete Side a car and then you test jajaja say that most of the time are at 2500 rpm ...
So, to pay more for a ball bearing that can take you to go over 250km / h if you normally go to 20? Topic

No. 2, "Cells"
and does not find anything online so I speak from my personal experiences + scenarios based on them.
noted that the bearings inside has a cell that keeps the distances between 7 balls? Well, there are 2 types of cells

1 is to the left consists of 2 metal rings that is shaped like balls and between ball and ball pressure hug. and the other has teflon cells grasping each ball under pressure too.

Then just through my experiences suggest the hypothesis that the teflon is more resilient to shocks because the metal to be 2 rings attached to pressure shock tends to loosen, loosen, break down the metals and the balls are loose, wrong, is locked and you want to kill, whereas the Teflon is rarely broken, and if it does, as the cell is a large piece not separated because they have nowhere to go, then perhaps it snaps, but will not break like the others.

Item No. 3 "Separation"
separators are placed between the bearings to make when setting the nuts inner cylinder for the bearing stops with itself and this with the axis of the other ball bearing and this with the truck then reduced the impact side basic questions when we do a shove it or backside.
While some prefer not to separate and do not tighten the nuts much for the wheels to move laterally, which I think is wrong, besides that the skate will make a terrible noise "sounds old catramina" xD

concerned if it abec abec 5 or 23 for us skaters, is, if you say you use abec9 me because you feel that you are faster, come on I'll sell you one I have here abec 13 300p 8, you go so fast that you will not burn rubber, but do not worry I also sell xD-wheel back to the subject, I think we should look more into the cells in the ABEC and try not to dirty them.

So I hope you have read and buy it now thoroughly and are more educated, because as my teacher of history, " having the data, is data, and has paid the money that has the data "so that knowledge is the best" good "that we have.

in the next chapter I will tell the truth about" silicone wheels "xD

my father's song

My father was a teacher, a socialist, Catholic and could sing only remember two songs in his life complete. Since neither Catholic nor am I singing no virgin, only one song I remember my father and that excited me when I hear it: Andalusian anthem.

Andalusians
we return to what we were
light men, as men, men
soul gave them.

Andaluces, arise! Ask
land and liberty!
Sea to Andalusia
free
Spain and Humanity!

Peace and prosperity for Andalusia, the Andalusian and Andalusian.

And you, dear reader or reader, remember that to be de Andalucía not need a passport or being born amid olive groves, Andalusian is who feels it. It is not a nationality, is a way of life.

other hand, no mistake: I do not like flags and anthems. The land of my parents is my land but only chance determines your passport. Wherever you come, you are my countryman. Health

If you could change one thing in Education ... Forming

What if we asked teachers and teachers what needs to change in education? Then what would happen is that the answer would be sensible, feasible, comprehensive and relevant. And that is my fate: being able to contemplate.

Telefónica Foundation has invited a debate with a group of education professionals, women and men who devote the morning to teach and much of the afternoon and evening to share what they learn in their work through the Red . Maybe if I say their names do not tell you anything, but if I say that @ NoLolaMento , @ also , @ pedrojimenez , @ juanjomunoz , @ Balhisay , Teresa @ purastor and Lazarus (come on, Teresa, come to Twitter) Educared been told what we could do, you can imagine it was an interesting debate. Lola

Urban has written a chronicle of the meeting great and tomorrow we will chronicle David Alvarez . For my part I will not make an account of what happened because affirm what they write. I talk about feelings.

I felt that we live our profession with passion. I felt that we think about it critically, but with affection. I felt that we have very clear that it is the students who should occupy the center of our concerns and our work - with all that that implies in methodologies, assessment or organization of time and space. I felt that we agree on the fundamental and disagreements, if any, are the way to go in search of solutions. I felt I was excited that we listen to us and I felt welcomed and respected by the hosts.

I felt, too, that we are far from the centers of economic power. I felt that we were very small on the ground 13 of the Fundación Telefónica Gran Vía de Madrid. I felt that we change the world through each child, but the world is nothing we can not see and that is the color of money.

I felt we swim against the waves. I felt myself sinking, but my effort was pointless and I was not alone. And I was happy as I choked thinking that maybe our bodies would fill the ocean and these new men and new women themselves could build definitely a better world.

I leave my conceptual map of the meeting. Click image to enlarge.

PS Thanks, Anibal. Your confidence overwhelms me. Thanks, @ sandopen, Paco, Almudena, Elisa, we felt very comfortable, appreciated and well received

Thanks, @ Piscitelli, to appear and be accessible and participatory.

Thanks to all who accompany us through Twitter.

Thanks, my friends, by the heat given off by your heart.
Thanks, Lola, for your common sense. Thank you, Beatrice, for your energy. Thank you, Peter, for your willingness to exchange and fusion. Thank you, David, for your voice and your words. Thank you, Teresa, for your willingness to build from scratch. Thanks, Puri, for your comments quietly. Thanks, Juanjo, by your silence, crying and broken walls. Yes, the student is our reason for being but you are my reason for being.

teachers for the future today: Multilingualism

I do not know what school will be in the future. I do not know how will the children in the future or know what it will mean "teaching" in the future. Neither you nor I know nothing certain about what the future but I do know something about this: I do not want to continue to prepare teachers and future teachers with the strategies of the past. I do not want me standing on stage and my image to be the only one to see. I do not want to dictate notes and my voice be the one to listen. I do not want them readings and my selection is the only thing they read. So tomorrow

not start my second semester. Tomorrow begins Educar21 , administratively match those subjects, but it is something more: it is a process of Initial Teacher Education and Primary Education on the Web focused emphasis on the idea of \u200b\u200b"personal learning environment" to seek and cause personal and professional development. Active participation in the Speech on the Internet and work cooperatively in the classroom - and Virtual World - marked the learning and training.

For now you can visit the website of Educar21 . Gradually we knitting network and building knowledge. I'm not afraid: I'm fine accompanied by the voices of friends and friends who wanted work with me in designing this experience today are a few, little by little will be many. In Educar21 the floor with the teachers and teachers: Do you want to participate?

Thanks, David

. Which Paper Towel Is The Strongest?

I'll be honest, I saw "passages and silver" award, and said "voi!" so here I removed some soil to go, our friend Julie recently joined the team from Temple Trucks should release his first pair of trucks in the tournament and the young Vito also caught in this exciting journey to the unknown city of Córdoba: P We went
7:50 am in the morning to reach the 13 cool and ready for chanter, we first by the French house (owner of temple) to find trucks and something to drink, to be prepared fran q some mates and we check our notices and exit.
more prepared this time and q take the bus dropped us at the start of the Damovi, our friend told us the criteria for further improvements and we went and filmed a little , had several girls practicing for the tournament the next day, also appeared Pedro Arce and played a skate in and I was more confident barandita xq had taken several from the last time we played and actually, I put out 1 letter ... : /
Our friend Mati us at 3 am staying at home which was in a gated community in the tobacco industry than for those who do not know, that's farther away than the epa skatepark, and EPA is not "close" ... but nothing that indicated he could not solve cole ^ ^
's family mati re served us well, we all ate some pizza bathe and sleep!, lie ... I wish it was that easy, the headache I had been slightly re all afternoon again entered me strong and get cold, put on my sweatshirt, and still had cold so here I lay down and cover me with a blanket pro, but still having cold and hot and had re was cold and shivering woke me ... u_u fever had facilitated an ibuprofen mati me and suddenly started to wake up because I was hot and I could not sleep and was spinning and I wrote ray at 6 am q had come and that if you to a place in my bed oO and about 9 I wrote the rat rosary saying something like and send them both to damovi at 1 and made do and aaahhhh that horrible night!
The next day I woke up and went to a pharmacy you buy a vic and me refriapasti and the breakfast! the boys gave the chocolate and toast, butter and sweet. We went to damovi
again to practice a little more and try to get used to the table 7 and little something that I had ... as I had a fucking 8 is put the thing. Ray and come get a little rat and Taine came later with a group of girls inside which was Giovi, a friend of our friend mendozina Fabro, who did not take anything to get to ride with the best!
Then came Peter Naara Dai and the organizers of the tournament and suddenly was full of girls too ^ ^ q Colo came met in our first tournament in Marple and the skateboarders Luli La Plata who joined us in more of an adventure hahaha girls tournament
Sale! and we went to a spot that Ray wanted to do some shots ... ta whole video.
We went to see the longest ollie, the highest, and the awards ceremony and then wanted to walk a little but no battery ... I particularly started to feel the effects of the seeds and did not want to walk and suddenly everything was annoying, and hated them all and in fact was simply that he was very tired ... we came, we swam and watched some videos on youtube, the rat showed us stretch and then we went to bed, and the last thing I remember was that vito no stop talking. Day
new fresh batteries! was Sanitas) slept fluent and began the day with Skate More! breakfast loaded as the previous day, we look at the proff and a pair in the barandita of mati.
Later we went to damo and at least I flashed with q the number of people had, was to the hands. The tournament started later than usual ... at 5 pm to be exact and our cole came out at 12: / For beginners were 40 registrants ... 8 batteries of 5! were eternal, then ran Vito and Julie, both went to the final without need for anyone to say it, and in the end suffered from a lack of experience of the organizers that they spread to 10 together, and the photographers could get was a letdown, however both could do more and animator (minor) was surprised by the style of these guys that just knew. After
amateur was the turn of the rat along with Kevin and Nikita the temple team competed in the first round and I wait until 4 in conjunction with ray.
ray and I along with another 8 pass to the final testing and more testing unless a cushy positions we ^ ^
Vito 8th, Juli 2nd and the 5th
so here I grabbed all our awards and went in search of blanks, we buy in front of the stop and when we sat down I get the cole ^ ^ Excellent! until we stop to eat sandwiches in the street with a q Prity not get to the terminal, while we wanted the platform came the cole and a toq we get on and watch a movie called Next with Nicolas Cage is very good but was re away from TV and the print was tiny, it became difficult: / and when it ends ... do not gotta tell me how it ends but I stopped and came face ^ ^ we're home again ...

Can Someone Recomend Good Dentist In Thailand

educar21 top down, bottom-up ideas about

22 days. I've been 22 days without blogging. We apologize for the lack (does a blogger engagement with the reader I do not know, in any case I also ask forgiveness from myself for not having known how to take a while to write, which is my equivalent age to think) . I have not been idle, on the other side: in Educ @ contic allow me to keep asking questions and I took that much visibility space to write about some of my favorite topics: family , assessment, cooperative learning .

My schedule has not been boring and that the key has been " multilingualism." In these 22 days of absence from the blog I've been fortunate to be in contact with the base of multilingualism Andalusian top down and bottom-up and I would tell you my impressions

Let's start with the schools. At this time I have visited two schools that are for me concerning good practices, two of my Finland centers: the CEIP San Walabonso (Niebla, Huelva) and Andalucía CEIP (Fuengirola, Málaga), to which I am grateful that I have missed to learn from them. In both cases I found three traits that I think are important to keep in mind:
  1. A cloister with a desire to reflect on their practice, without fear of self-criticism but with no will to self-censorship when mainstream developments can help them do their job better.
  2. An interesting balance between experienced teachers and young teachers, we are (at least in Andalusia, but perhaps in all Spain) in the middle of a transition between the teachers who held the death of Franco and those who join the 2.0 Education in the world and we need to collect the good experiences of some to add to the strength of the other: nor can we afford to die pedagogical renewal movements and curriculum nor can we afford that young teachers hold onto the textbook as a lifeline at the prospect of troubled waters .
  3. In both cases, I met with management willing to take the lead from the collaborative work and the search for improvement through training and innovation, not teams, what can we do?
continues my journey through the CEP Almeria. We had a meeting there with faculty to discuss bilingual schools Linguistics Project Center, enjoyed the session and the comrades of bilingual schools and CEP Almeria made me feel very comfortable, I think noted. I still surprised, again and again, that the halls of the CEP are filled in later sessions that last longer than any film in the cinema, to hear speakers on several themes. Beyond any prejudice about the search for rewards in the CEP - in most of these sessions there are many comrades who do not need presidential administrations or other merits - , this willingness to find clues to help us make better our work is commendable and teachers who come to these sessions has all my gratitude.

But my comments regarding the activity of the CEP does not focus on the teacher but in the attitude of the CEP itself. My presentation was a story because the fundamental fact was that the Fair was held Multilingualism, a practice that spans the CEP Andalusian and the Fair was present much of the "asesorazgo" the CEP Almeria, with its head to the front. Just as I think the snipers - lonely, isolated, hidden in his trench and parapet after - do not lead us to success in school, the CEP also need a teamwork coherent, cohesive, visible and forceful. The complexity of our social, school and so require multilingualism.

Finally, we come to college here, as in the jokes, I have two good news and bad news: For which want to start? Begin with the good.

two experiences I have participated in "multilingual" in two Andalusian universities. For the second consecutive year I have been invited to Master of Bilingual Education at the University Pablo de Olavide - where he also participated in the Master of Teaching English as a Foreign Language . I found both graduate a group of young-minded foreigners, willing to travel and language learning, with many stamps in their passports and many treasured experiences and throughout their years, eager to welcome and visit, will to reinvent a language teaching in line with the times and their desire for mobility and globalization. In both cases I have seen a new highly qualified teachers, very responsive, very conscious of the need for change in our tradition of education. In both cases I left the classroom with hope.

And besides, after I visited Almería University to spend a morning with a group of teachers and that university professors who are participating in the Plan of Multilingualism emerged from the mind and the will of Sagrario Salaberri. I would describe my excitement when, suddenly, I found myself speaking English with comrades who had overcome the fear of language, shame to others, the qualms about the mistakes and doubts about his own ability: the faculty of UAL gave me a real lesson in quality I recognize them with this entry. In this way no matter who say national or international assessments - UAL is part of the International Campus of Excellence on merit since 2009 - only is necessary to know these teachers and professors to know that multilingualism is progressing and doing it for the right path.

However, efforts must be made even greater by the university (and with it, politics and society). David Lasagabaster reflects in a recent interview on the progress made but also about the need for a prolonged effort, I would add that we need the commitment of the Faculty of Education with multilingualism - and to Education 2.0, of course: we need more teachers well prepared - here the university has a fundamental role, however, Levels of Education has been a step back, as I said , we need more languages, that does not mean bilingualism or multilingualism trilingual (in communities and bilingual), we need more schools and language centers more projects to teach us what is the way, we need more political educational and linguistic - but quality, based on experiences and university research centers, we need more investment, we need to believe in the model. Multilingualism is a fact of political and educational practice in order to build a new multilingual and intercultural social model: we are all involved, from top to bottom, bottom to top.

Thanks to those who have allowed me to enjoy these experiences.
Thanks to you, reader, you've got here accompanying me on my travels: you have earned heaven. Health
